Personal Security for Women©
You are driving down a well-traveled state road, on your way to work. Suddenly the driver who has been swerving erratically in the vehicle ahead of you slams on his brakes, blocking the road ahead. He jumps out of his car and runs toward you, shaking his fist and shouting in anger and rage. You have done nothing wrong, merely finding yourself in this place at this time. When you finally manage to get around him and back onto the road, it becomes clear that he is now following you.
Events such as this have become all too common, and the police officer who in days gone by would have had a talk with the driver who threatened you is now prevented by the courts from doing so.
